Does Pinpoint send my page content anywhere?
No. Inspecting and capturing happen 100% locally in your browser. Your page content only leaves your device if you explicitly send a pick to your own local MCP server, or use “Ask Claude” with your own API key (which goes directly to Anthropic, not to us).
Which browsers are supported?
Chrome, Edge, Brave and Arc (all Chromium) plus Firefox — one extension. It works on production sites, staging, and localhost.
How does the MCP handoff work?
You run a tiny local MCP server (npx @pinpoint/mcp), pair it with the extension once, and Cursor or Claude Code can pull your latest pick directly with a tool call — no copy-paste.
Do AI actions cost extra?
No. AI actions are bring-your-own-key — you paste your own Anthropic API key and it’s used directly from your browser. Pinpoint never sees your key or charges you for inference.
What’s in the free plan?
